• Accurate timestamps when possible
• Any context needed to understand the situation

• Personal attacks or harassment
• False or misleading information
• Unrelated screenshots or private data
• Spam or duplicate reports

3. Behaviour Expectations

• Use Nexus Security tools respectfully and responsibly.
• Do not attempt to abuse or manipulate the reputation system.
• Do not impersonate staff or falsify evidence.
• Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Appeals

If you believe a decision was incorrect, you may submit an appeal through your profile page. Appeals must include:

• A clear explanation of why the decision was wrong
• Any missing or corrected evidence
• Relevant context that was not previously considered

5. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Report rejection
• Temporary restrictions
• Permanent removal from Nexus Security systems
